We've been team building since 2005 which is a very long time to be focused on one MLM company especially these days where we've seen network marketing companies launch as fast as others have closed their doors. At the same time we've seen other Lotto Magic teams come and go over the years, many because the upline was focused solely on building "wide" on their first level. Along the way they forgot that "building deep" below others on the team is one of the most important (and proven) strategies for the long term success of the team as a whole.
Yea, you won't earn as much when members join below the first level but then you have to decide... do I want to earn $120 for that member (Mega Captain) for a couple months? Or would I prefer to earn $8 from that member for many years. And that is the long term formula for success, help those on your team grow their team so they earn an income, period.
At the same time and in order to be a complete success with any type of team building it takes thousands of dollars in advertising and focused marketing to get noticed in the vast ocean called the Internet. That's what we've been doing for the team since 2005... rolling team commissions back into team advertising, we just couldn't afford spending all this money for the team otherwise, not so sure anyone could for any length of time.
So, we don't just say we're advertising, we show you where we're advertising Lotto Magic whether as banners on actual web sites and blogs, or through social networks such as Facebook. And we show you what our marketing and SEO efforts have resulted in. Blind faith is fine, however we don't believe you should be put in that position, it's our responsibility to prove to you that we are advertising for you just as we say we are.
Regardless of the program you're in and it doesn't matter whether it's an affiliate program, network marketing or MLM program... if your upline says "join me, we advertise for you free" then it's in your best interest to ask them... "Where is it exactly that you advertise?". If they cannot show you, then they aren't.
For our team you do not need to ask, just click, go and see for yourself. Click the screenshot above for more on what we do for you and your team - free.

Business Card Marketing to Build Your Business? Yes, if you do it the right way.
In these days of instant communication and instant information we sometimes forget that generating interest and business can be as simple as a little ol' piece of paper. Yes I'm talking about the ubiquitous business card. In days gone by, the business card was handed out like candy on Halloween. There were even special card holders so you could file them away for later reference, binder albums with plastic inserts or if you were like most you might have simply thrown them in a drawer - to be sorted out later, uh huh.
Today they're still used although the current trend is to have them "scanned" into your computer by special software so you can access them electronically on your computer or smart phone in mere nano seconds. Type in a persons name or company name and there it is in all its digital glory. Delete, rearrange, search or sort, you decide.
Most recently we received a business card we especially liked. It had all the components of a mini web site which is what initially caught our attention. I'm sure you've seen the old school business cards with the standard "This is my Company, here's my name, this is my title, you can contact me this way". OK fine that works, it's boring, but it gives your contact information... Is that enough in these competitive times of ours, can you say even more, can you sell what you offer better and ultimately get a clearer message to your reader in the few seconds that you have, and can YOU stand out from the others? Yes you can if you think outside the box, use some imagination and think "sales" and not just "contact".
Here's the front of the card we received. Contact information check, information that makes us want to read more, learn more and do much more after we receive it... double check!

The back of the card lists additional benefits & makes clear where the reader needs to go for more info:
So the moral of this marketing story is... if you're going to spend your time & money to have your business cards designed, created and printed, then give your reader a card they'll remember, a card that will sell for you and a card that will make YOU stand out from the "ho-hum, straight and narrow, inside the box" business card crowd!

What is Affiliate Marketing, and How to Get Started with Affiliate Programs.
The short description for an Affiliate Marketer is... the middleman. Walmart is the middleman between the manufacturer/supplier and you. Your realtor is the middleman between the buyer and seller. The Girl scout with the cookies, she's the middlegirl between the cookie supplier and you the customer. And along the way the middleman gets something... Walmart makes a profit, the Realtor earns a commission and the girlscout, well I'm sure there's a cool looking Girl scout badge in there somewhere for her.

Note: Before we get too far along we'd like to welcome Ashley Wright and Joshua Wright to Lotto Magic and our power team of marketers. You can visit them and learn more at their free Lotto Magic team site (Team Free Lotto Magic) today, yea then join them and grab YOUR free team site and free targeted visitors too!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OK, back at it...
The point I'm making is that being an Affiliate Marketer is no different, it's really about being the middleman, nothing more. Your job is to get the word out to the public about a product or service, then you earn a commission for it.
Unlike direct customer sales which are for the most part "active" selling, an Affiliate only needs to place a link or banner on his or her blog or website, then walk away. Passive selling takes place when a visitor visits the blog or site, clicks on a link or banner then makes a purchase. All this while you're cutting the grass, watching TV, or reading this post!
There's much more to being an affiliate marketer, but we sure can't cover it all here. You can read more (no registration or email address is required) about Affiliate Programs and learn step by step what you need to do in order to properly monetize your blog or web site.

The new Lotto Magic sign-up page (and more)
You might know Lotto Magic is working hard for all of us with great site and member upgrades. Most recently the sign up page was updated with an updated form, bonus information, drop down menu's and more.
Below is a screenshot of just the right side of the page (sweet). If you want to see the entire page I recommend you go to Lotto Magic and once there click on "join" button on the top right - bam, yea much nicer now.
No this is not some lame ploy to get you to go there and join, if that was the case I would have told you to go ahead and put your information in there and press submit. Seriously?

Lotto Magic Social Marketing - Facebook Traffic Test
You might already know we've been doing some content testing at Facebook to get a better feel for the free marketing available there.
Recently we posted a personality test on our team Facebook page to see what would happen as far as likes, visitors and engagement compared to other "generic" team information posts. What we learned is that all those people out there saying you should make Facebook fun, entertaining and engaging - well yep, they're absolutely right.
When you have a Facebook business (not personal) account you have the ability to view how many people saw your post (circled in red below) which is great if you're logged in and scanning your timeline to get a quick feel for what's happening on your page.
So what did we do to get it rolling and what was the final outcome?
We initially searched online for a fun personality test, and also searched for related images. We then posted the personality test to our Facebook page (along with a link to the originating source, good business you know), Google+ it, tweeted it and put in our team online newspaper. It's been exactly 30 days later and here are the final statistics...
~ 8024 people saw the post on Facebook.
~ 23 people "liked" it which is good for future free visitors.
~ 4 people shared it with their friends on their Facebook page.
~ 4 total comments not counting our 6 responses.
The tough part of course is knowing in detail how many people viewed the
personality test and Facebook page as a result of likes and
comments, how many saw it as a result of Google+ visitors and shares, via a tweet or
saw a link in the team newspaper. Because Facebook doesn't provide a stats page with detailed information about inbound traffic, we only know that at the 30 day mark... 8024 total people saw the post at an average of 267 people a day.

So, our experiment proved to us that including interactive content on your Facebook page increases your overall traffic to build your home business, brand yourself or fine... boost your ego a little.
Since our team Facebook page is about team happenings,
new members & free marketing it would be tough for us to focus
strictly on polls, tests and fun stuff. But we did learn that including
it on occasion makes for a more interesting page that's more likely to be
liked, commented on and eventually spread to the masses.
Please feel free to use any of the social buttons below and share!

Home business caution, don't get burned.
There are many online businesses (I use the term loosely) out there that aren't designed for the long term, they're designed to "move money around" for a short period of time and make money for the creator and a few of his or her associates.
If the program claims to be amazing, says it'll provide you with fast & easy cash or you see PayPal earnings (money program creator screenshot) then the red light should be flashing in your head, it's now time to run the other way, don't walk.
![]() |
Are they using the ol' PayPal "greed" screenshot. Yea, run like the wind. |
When these online "fast cash" programs fizzle out (and they all do) you can better believe there will be another amazing money program waiting in the shadows, which by the way was already designed before the first one fizzled - that's how the fast cash money moving machines work... launch, hype, move money, fizzle, new company launch and so it goes, new name, new web site, same plan.
Government intervention, nope, not possible. They go after the BIG fish making millions who are fleecing the hundreds of thousands. There just aren't enough government resources to go after all those online cash moving programs that cruise along under big brothers radar.
How do I know about these programs? Geeeez, if I could only count the number of programs that promised everyone the moon then delivered a melted moon pie, just before they closed shop. I fell for the hype so don't do the same. If they haven't been in business for 2-3 years minimum, then they're not tested for the long term (isn't that what you want, a long term home business?) and they'll very likely be gone tomorrow, maybe next week but definitely gone only to be replaced by something that's you know... even more amazing.
Same your time and money, research the company, do a whois.com domain check to see how long they've been around (last month you say?). If it's a real company with a valid product then they'll still be around this time a couple years from now, no need to rush. If you're in a real big hurry to get rid of your hard earned cash, best to just flush it down the toilet it's the same result, only much faster.
No, you don't have to get in first or join at the top these days, you just have to associate yourself with and invest your time & money into a business that's going to grow with you and not one that's destined to "pop, fizzle then dissolve" within a few months and right before your eyes.

"Lotto Pays Me" Lead Capture Page
You might not realize that Lotto Magic offers you a couple "lead capture" pages to build your team. Recently team member Daryl sent an update email about one of them (below) to Whitney who then emailed me, I know, I know... what did we do before email!
So remember as a member on the team YOU have this powerful marketing platform available to you - so use it. It also includes automatic email follow-up letters that the company has already set-up for you. Here's a screen shot to refresh your memory, or you can click on the image and go to the site.

Florida Lottery Random Number Picker
I received an email asking how the Florida random lottery number picking widget works so here's a brief explanation from what I know (I didn't create it). The part you see below is just the actual interface that you can place on your web site if you like. Behind the scenes of the lotto widget there's mathematical formula based on the number of available number picks for the Florida Lottery and the range of numbers that can possibly be chosen. So there are 6 total numbers per drawing and each number picked is between 1 and 53 for the Florida lottery. Each number decision eventually chosen for display on the interface (below) is run thorough the same mathematical formula (six times) but is displayed individually as each lotto number is generated randomly.
It actually happens "faster" then what you see on the interface, however as I understand from the guy that did the coding for the team it's slowed down internally for the effect but this doesn't change the fact that each and every number lottery number is generated randomly. The number widget below has the default "white" background, so it looks much better on a white background web site. You can view it on a white background at the team update site (bottom left on page) if you like.
Don't like the numbers it chooses... just click "Pick Numbers" again!

Other stuff: I just saw something interesting yet funny (a brain test) that Whitney posted to twitter yesterday, I'll pull the image and post back here for your entertainment in a little while so be sure to look for it!

Lotto Pool - Team Site Update
A minor (but good) change in plans. Because of the questions I've received in the past about the Lotto Magic back office, I decided to cover this in more detail so you'll have a better idea what's located there. I removed a page that talked about the free team stuff (web site, marketing, visitors etc.) that new members receive since it's already covered at the team site and elsewhere online.
I replaced that information with a section dedicated to back office screenshots and explanations about those areas. No, not ready yet. It's like a fine wine (or damned good beer), it takes time to get it right so for now here's at least a little peek behind he Lotto Magic curtain. Click the image to super-size it (that one typo is already fixed by the way).

Update: Lotto Magic 101 "Lotto Pool" related site.
For those that have asked about the new Lotto Magic 101 site being created for the team which is designed to "capture" (if you will) people involved in or interested in "lotto pools", here's an update on what's happening. You might already know I'm a graphics designer by profession and a Lotto Magic team member by choice (I know, I know I'm already using that at the new site). I've been experimenting with the graphics for the site and also screenshots of the Lotto Magic back office. Here are some samples of my work with explanations.
The first image is just a self portrait, nothing too special, just a very "attractive" (in his own mind of course) dude and his tools.
Here's where I get to have some fun! You know how you've see testimonials at many of the sites out there?
Yea, well we won't have any of that on the Lotto Magic 101 site. I will have an area of the site called "Team Member's" where fictitious graphical team member's do NOT talk about how they L-O-V-E the company, earn a good income, receive free tickets, win lotteries blah, blah, blah but instead talk about WHY they joined Lotto Magic... their previous company closed their doors and disappeared, didn't make money at other MLM, wanted a new home business, too many drop-outs in their team, company was a pyramid, it was a scam, they like playing the lottery free or whatever.
The images of members are not real but I can tell you the reasons that they joined are real, I've heard from them so this area will be true to form. The member's created I hope are funny, but the reasons for joining are serious.OK enough jibber-jabber here are 3 samples of the 8 member's I've created to date.

This team site will be informative yet fun but you'll have to wait until the site is live to see what these member's have to say about their past experiences with a home business and why they joined us eh?
OK, new subject. I made screen shots of everything in the Lotto Magic back office. I'll try and do another update on this part of the site once I assemble the content. For now all I have is the screen shots and an idea of what I want to cover for the visitors.
Here's some shots of the back office then I gotta get for tonight! Bob

Lotto Magic Marketing and DailyMotion Video's
More video's on more video posting sites = more people watching, more people visiting and more people joining the team. Daily Motion is up to date except for a couple of brand new Lotto magic video's. I'll be using the below DailyMotion video wall widget on a Lotto Magic specific "video" site to be announced! For now, click view and enjoy!
You can also use a direct link to review Lotto Magic video's from the main channel page there at DailyMotion. I'll be tweaking some of the titles, descriptions and keywords to maintain a good capture on people searching for more information about Lotto Magic.
Oh yea, on the "mini" video screen shots below just "hover" your mouse pointer over a video screenshot and it'll play in mini-pop mode. Cool, just hope you have your glasses on is all, ha ha.

Lotto Magic Marketing Program Update
I just got word that the free Lotto Magic marketing program for our team is now going to include mini marketing sites for all those on the team. As I understand there will be 1 main marketing web site and then 4 or 5 other available sites. These will be 100% free for the Lotto Magic online members marketing use and will have a URL rotator "separate" from the team site one but it'll work the same. All 5 to 6 sites will be created for you so it'll just be a matter of you decided which ones you want to market online with.
The domain name that was bought for this new team marketing program project is located at: www.TeamFreeLottoMagic.com however I checked it today and as of right now it's redirecting to the team site. If you're viewing this post in the future and the site is live then the link above will take you to the home page of the new mini (and did I mention free) marketing sites.
You probably know from earlier posts that I'm coordinating the production of many of the team video's so if you have any ideas email me anytime. If you recently joined the team I appreciate your patience as I get up to speed with Internet marketing and for those online members that liked the team video's created to date thanks - you can view them all at YouTube.
Sincerely, Bob

If you recently joined the team I appreciate your patience as I get up to speed with Internet marketing and for those online members that liked the team video's created to date thanks - you can view them all at YouTube.
Sincerely, Bob

I know Whit has a YouTube video about the new Florida Lotto Magic news and update site (the same as mentioned in the post below) however... I could NOT locate it in the YouTube video search here at blogger(?) even though I saw it over at YouTube earlier in the week. So for now I posted a team video with the team site screen shots. I'll replace it later once I find the one that I really want to post here. Until then here you go...
In progress is a stand alone Lotto Magic Online Video Site where all the video's can be easily viewed through a "video wall". It's still got a bit of tweaking to do but you can still check out where we're at on this current team marketing project. Remember... everything we do helps you build YOUR Lotto Magic team and it's 100% FREE to you.
